Bergen Sunday

Junior Designer

Bergen loves being able to create for a living! Bergen received her B.S. in Speech Communication-Theatre with a minor in Creative Writing from Millersville University. Although her degree isn't specific to interior design, Bergen gained valuable experience in the field working 5 years as a design assistant and set stylist while in college. Bergen executes a number of administrative, creative, and organizational tasks for Wise Interiors, her favorite being to create 3-D sketches of clients' spaces. She adores a creative project and feels complete when her creativity has a unique and measurable purpose. "One of my professors told me that artists create from a deep need to express themselves, but designers create from a desire to solve problems, and that is why I have always loved interior design. It allows for expression and beauty, but it also improves lives." Bergen also works as production manager at Cavod Performing Arts and can be found both backstage and on the stage in her spare time.

Lyndsey Marie Hinkle

owner

Lyndsey knew early in life that she wanted to pursue a career as an Interior Designer. As a child she would re-decorate her bedroom instead of riding her bike. After receiving her B.S in Interior Design from Indiana University of PA, she gained extensive kitchen and bath experience ranging from ordering cabinets, selecting countertops and tile and working with contractors regularly. Lyndsey went on to work as a set designer where she gained valuable styling and staging skills. Now, as the owner of her very own company she uses her creativity and interest in pop culture to design some trendsetting sets from the ground up. She is working with residential and commercial clients as well to bring their visions to life. Lyndsey thinks,“The key to a complete design is adding in character and personality by layering old with new pieces”. Lyndsey builds lasting relationships with the clients she works with and is often remembered for her fun, yet professional demeanor. When Lyndsey isn’t immersed in her design work, she can be seen performing in musicals, playing board games and playing with her English Bulldog, Harley. Recently, Lyndsey became a mother to a beautiful baby boy, Jensen. She is a natural at being a mother and is loving the newborn phase!
